Step - 1
After performing a search, if you found inappropriate websites, click the Setting Link in the top right beneath the search bar and select Search Setting.

After clicking Search Settings Screen will open. At the top of this screen, you should see a Safe Search on/off-link. To activate, turn on the Safe Search link. Safe Search can also be locked by selecting this option as well.
